Beau Carmichael is the founder and driving force behind Hello Home Loans™. Based in Brisbane, Beau is a dedicated home loan broker who is passionate and driven to helping make homeownership accessible to everyone.  Since entering the finance industry at a young age, he has built a reputation for taking the time to truly understand each client’s situation and approaching every application with care and commitment.

Beau has been a home loan broker since the age of 21, bringing nearly a decade of hands-on brokering experience to every client he works with. Before becoming a broker, he worked in debt collection, which gave him valuable insight into credit reporting, credit repair, and helping clients improve their credit position when needed.



Even if you’re not quite ready to buy yet, Beau is always happy to have a conversation about your current situation and help map out a clear, practical plan to get you where you want to be.

With experience spanning first home buyers, refinances, self-employed borrowers, construction loans, and more complex lending scenarios, Beau brings a practical, hands-on approach to residential lending. He is known for leaving no stone unturned in the pursuit of finding a lender or institution whose criteria genuinely align with a client’s specific requirements.

As an independent home loan specialist, Beau has a very high loan approval rate and works one-on-one with every client from the first conversation through to settlement. His focus is on exploring every realistic option available, explaining the process in plain English, and helping clients move forward with clarity and confidence.
